Part-Time | Afternoons, Evenings, Weekends | Minimum Wage

Working behind the counter at a bowling alley is a unique position that few can lay claim to. Not only are you responsible for selling drinks and snacks, but also fixing pin tangles, and correcting scores. This role requires a self-motivated candidate who is able to complete tasks in what can often be chaotic busy periods.

• Smart Serve Certification
• Efficiency with Computers
• Exceptional Customer Service
• Prior Experience with Cash Handling

• Ability to keep conversations with customers and provide them with a quality experience that will make them want to come back
• Completing transactions for food sales, bowling packages, and alcoholic beverages
• Knowledge of or a willingness to learn the Canadian invented game of 5-Pin Bowling
• Comfortability working with the mechanics of 5-Pin bowling machines; when they need to be untangled, re-set, etc.,
• Keeping surfaces and floor clean in bowling and spectator areas
• Navigating our "retro" scoring system to keep the pace-of-play during leagues and fix any issues that disrupt public play
